Asalam u alaikum , I am managing a small non profit project since last seven years in heart of city Rawalpindi.
The basic aim and objective of this project or set up is to educate children of low income families ,who can not afford
proper schooling meeting all standards and requirements of early childhood learning. Despite of the fact, that I am living abroad and away from my country Pakistan, my heart still goes out to all those poor innocent kids in Pakistan who are deprived of their basic rights- education ,learning in colorful n playful environment ,not even proper healthy meals!!!
So I am running this school just by financially supporting this project with help of few teachers including my sister.
Initially, I began this project for street kids but later coz of lack of proper space n inflation after 2007 I could not continue
with these street kids coz it got hard for me to provide them meal everyday in return of their attendance in school. Because I had no moral, financial and other kind of help from any person around me.
My basic purpose of joining ARY platform ,is to get some kinda knowledge or assistance as to how I can keep running this project with lil amount of my pocket money, secondly How ARY is assisting any positive project or ready to assist people by sharing their ideas or project on this forum???/

APPEAL TO Allama Tahirul Qadri FOR PROVIDING ME JUSTICE AND FINISH HARASSMENT WITH ME ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION OF ARTICLE 3
HUMAN RIGHT VIOLATION WITH ME IN PAKISTAN. DOORS SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN HAVE BEEN CLOSED FOR PROVIDING ME JUSTICE FOR 9 YEARS. APPEAL ( HELP) In Pakistan where there is already a dearth of dedicated researchers such an incident is not tolerable at all. The irony is that like in all other fields of life I am being denied JUTICE for over 7 years now. A few years ago, two professors of the Karachi University (one from the Chemistry department) along with an MPhil student were caught when trying to plagiarize in an international journal of repute. The journal reported the matter to the KU VC, who hidden the case under the carpets. The HEC intervened, however, no appropriate action was taken against the professors. However, the student was expelled, I believe. As was expected, the smaller thief was punished, and the big thiefs got away! I Mehwish Hameed, a PhD Scholar in Botany from Karachi University alleged that my supervisor plagiarized my whole research work on: ‘Survey of Fresh Water Algae in Karachi’ and got it published with her own name to win over Rs0.7million research productivity allowance granted by Pakistan Scientific Research Council (PSRC). My Supervisor Dr. Aliya Rehman has been hanged me in getting my PH.D degree for five years. She created obstructions at each step of my PH.D for the sake of snatching and demanding my research topic on which I had worked for 3 years. During hearing held on 17-1-2008, Dr. Aliya Rehman argued before Mohtasib-e Aala for retuning back of my research topic and she further argued that research topic is her personal property. It is amazing that why my research supervisor demanded return back of my PH.D research topic after completion of my PH.D research has already been published in reputed HEC recognised international journals in 2006 & 2007. Why is she not demanded return back of my research topic before completion of my PH.D research. It proves that She is a plagiarist. HEC should take necessary and disciplinary action against this teacher. According to Ombudsman’s Decision, Dr. Aliya Rehman bent upon to ruin my career, influence all forums and seniors in the University administration to expelled and denied for Justice. She used the abuse power against me due to which Supreme Court has dismissed my PH.D degree case dated on 25 -6 -2012 by presenting without proof malafide/wrong arguments of the counsel/lawyer of respondents of Karachi University which are as under:

Ph.D research is not published in HEC recognized Jornals
I presented HEC recognized Journal list before SHC and Sc wherein my journal is listed entitled “ International Journal of Phycology and Phycochemistry ( patron of this journal is former HEC chairman Prof Attaur Rehman and I also clarified before SC with solid proofs that “ HEC criteria shows that “ If the PHD candidates have 2 research papers/ publications published in HEC recognized journals then in such case foreign evaluation is not necessary whereas SHC conceded the HEC criteria as per court order passed on 14-4-2011and curb/ finish the foreign evaluation and I complied the SHC order within prescribed time period and submitted 2 research papers/ publications to Board of advance studies ( BASR) published in International Journal recognized by HEC as per HEC criteria. In such case Foreign evaluation of PH.D thesis by foreign examiners is not necessary as in Pakistani Degree Awarding Institutions. Respondents of Karachi University did not comply any order of SHC and committed serious contempt thrice in my viva exam. Now I have been seriously suffering in awarding my PH.D degree for five years due to severe bias of respondents. I have filed a review petition with civil appeal no. 4/ 2013 at SC of Pakistan yet my appeal has been kept in pending and my precious time has been wasting for 5 years. I filed many urgent hearing applications for hearing review petition to Chief Justice of Pakistan and through press conferences, I made appeal to CJ in the Jang news paper published on 9-7-2013 nevertheless my appeal could not reach / convey yet up to the CJ. I appeal to Chief Justice of Pakistan to kindly hear me as most urgent and save one PH.D to be minus from country whereas In 2008, Mohtasib Sindh stated in his decision that A simple case of discipline has been grossly mishandled by the University administration and a bright student victimized/ harassed to an extent that she became a nervous wreck. He convinced that this is a case of glaring mal administration. He stated that country is minus one PH.D as of today. It is further stated in Ombudsman’s decision that If people like Miss Mehwish’s supervisor are not punished, more students may be victimized for the sake of personal ego .Justice of Lahore High court had given a statement in the daily jang news paper that contemp of court law ends up the obstructions in providing justice or contemp of court law is made to finish the obstructions in providing justice but in my case judges have crossed a limit and contempt of court law created obstruction in providing justice to me. Taliban attacked one time on Malala's education then media or leaders supported Malala and raised up a voice to save this victim nevertheless no one came to rescue my career wherever Supreme Court Judges attacked on my career one by one and spoiled my career. I had appealed to CJ of Pakistan, Governor Sindh, Dr. Farooq Sattar, President of Pakistan but no one provided justice to me. I have submitted many application to CJ for reconsideration of my PH.D degree case nevertheless my applications has been turned down and returned back at my home by SC and my review cannot be forwarded to CJ due to the severe harassment of Karachi University and Subordinate SC judges. I realize that Justice Tasneem( SHC) is a syndicate member of Karachi University and this Judge can enticed and instigated to all Judges for spoiling my career due to which i could not get the justice by now. SC judges did leave no stone unturned to destroy my career and minus one PH.D scholar from the Nation. In this Connection , I strongly appeal to Honorable Allama Tahir Ul Qadri and Mr. Imran Khan for providing me justice according to the constitution of article 3 and for making special judicial committe for me for quick justice. Allah will give you the best reward for helping a victim and poor person like me an d for saving my career and future. My case has been already filed at Chief Minister’s section officer Mr. Iqbal Qureshi for 2 years but no implementation has been carried out yet.It is my humble request to you may be pleased to resolve this national issue, my matter and rescue my career on humanitarian ground and raise up my voice from your media up to the CJ , president and Chief Minister Sindh as I have been seriously suffering in awarding my degree for 9 years due to severe bias of court whereas all Sindh High court orders are in my favor as no any law of world allows to destroy the educational career of student. and release me from severe disappointment.
