and second idea i want to suggest is that we should have team of psychologist who council people of every streets around country and realize them to improve their attitudes towards them and people around them because more than punishment our people need help and people who give them new hope and provoke positive energy in them so they have courage to think good about themselves and people around them.

Brilliantly! You copy my words! Anyway, I'm confidently concerned with this thought. Psychologists as well as Psychiatrists must be present here to wash the brains of these people and prepare them positively. Burn their De-Oxygenated Blood and turn it into a patronizing petrol! It'd be the perfect management for our Country's Prosperity, Not just a revolution.

first of all i m not copying any one this is what i actually thing because this is the basic remedy to control all crimes and negative attitudes of the society what ever it is murder theft or any thing.
