i want to know if we will be discussing ideas here or not .
Also will these ideas get implemented? or is this just a place where one can show off about their ideas and achievements, whereas nothing will be done in real.

Your Ideas are being noticed. ARY Management is surely going to put your thoughts in their to-do list. And then you'll be able to compromise in what you had said. It's all just worth being patient AS our Management team is having seldom members yet.
