Espadrille-style trim – snakes
Japanese outdoors label White Mountaineering continues its partnership with adidas, dropping a pair of Superstars
adidas superstar remastered with textured Primeknit.
Available in both bold and muted iterations, the shoes blend richly textured uppers with contrasting accents, updating the wearable shoe with extra visual interest. The most eye-catching version juxtaposes grey melange Primeknit with bright color stripes and a blue leather sockliner. The other sneaker features a darker knit with muted panels, offering tonal detailing instead of bold hits of color. Both shoes feature complimentary laces, white midsoles and toecaps and muted eyelets, placing the focus on the contrasting Three Stripes branding.

adidas superstar 80s on HBX for $180 USD. This isn’t White Mountaineering’s only collaborative footwear release, with a set of reworked UGGs revealed during the label’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection.
For those who are dreaming of warmer climates this winter, adidas’ Originals latest Superstar 80s offering is the perfect beach-to-street sneaker.
Retaining the classic Superstar
adidas superstar bold silhouette, the kicks have a sleek, white leather upper with tonal laces and Three Stripe branding on the side. The traditional finish is contrasted by an off white tone that overtakes the shell toe and midsole and the key detail – a woven, espadrille-style trim – snakes the whole way along the chunky midsole. Rounding off this unique style is a golden, metallic branded stamp on the tongue and a debossed Trefoil logo upon the heel tab.
