I Really think about Department handling by "Aam Admi" .
how it is possible?
I have an idea!
"Aam Aadmi" who pays the Tax to Govt. but he do not do any thing with Government officers and employees for the pour performance, because they know that there is no one to remove us from job or stop our appraiser, there should be an UAN number of Govt. if Customer face any problem regarding Quality of work and any other valid reason he/she Should make a call and tell that on UAN to Suggestion and Complaint Department of Govt. and the Suggestion and Complaint Department should Responsible for the feedback. it should be purely independent body with having right to remove the employee with valid prove.
by these kind of steps the Govt. employees will be having fear for better work and departments will be improve.
