"SERVE NOT TO MANAGE"

Security structure of our country is if I define. It is system to manage people's problems.
Our country's police structure and civil bureaucracy structure is designed to manage people's problem but if we design it as we require that should be to serve the nation security in that my point of view we don't need security guards in the streets and markets for that we have to do some of followings steps like:

1-First of all we have to train everyone in that way in which we can save our self in routine life.
for that we have to train every citizen like Iran's pattern or Chinese pattern. we should strictly prohibited for every person to get training from High school. that should be the part of our education. Or every citizen should training from army before He/She get his/her CNIC.

2-We should update our FIR system like KPK province online reporting, sms reporting and confirm to provide help to complaint with in 10 mints on help line 15 like Rescue 1122.

3-We have closed watchman system and private security guards and alternatively a police man should be avail 24 hours (3police men/8 hours a police man) in 1km radius in urban area and in every village in rural area with weapon and transport connected with city central police station with wireless.

4-We make ensure that direct appointment of ASI designation officer who have to in force law, he must known about law I mean officer of this level must be LLB Degree Holder.
