Sildalist 120 mg tablets combine two active ingredients: sildenafil and tadalafil, both of which are phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Sildenafil works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, leading to increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).

This results in the relaxation of smooth muscles in blood vessels, allowing for enhanced blood flow to the penis when combined with sexual stimulation, thereby facilitating an erection. Tadalafil also contributes to this effect by increasing cGMP levels, but it has a longer duration of action compared to sildenafil.
