WASHINGTON Vita Vea Womens Jersey , Sept. 17 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on Sunday that the United States was considering whether or not to close down the U.S. embassy in Cuba after U.S. diplomats fell ill.


""We have it under evaluation and it's a very serious issue with respect to the harm some individuals have suffered,"" said Tillerson in an interview with CBS.


""We've brought some of those people home. It's under review,"" he added.


The U.S. State Department revealed last month that at least 16 Americans working at the U.S. embassy in Havana, Cuba, suffered physical symptoms caused by some ""incidents.""


The U.S. authorities later confirmed that at least 21 Americans suffered physical symptoms.


No details of the injuries have been released, but media reports said the affected Americans suffered a severe hearing loss and at least one victim suffered some ""brain damage.""


The United States expelled two Cuban diplomats in late May after some U.S. Embassy personnel in Havana reported that some ""incidents"" caused ""a variety of physical symptoms"" in them.


Cuba said that it was investigating allegations by the United States that unspecified ""incidents"" caused physical symptoms in Americans serving at the U.S. Embassy in Havana, after two Washington-based Cuban diplomats were expelled.


""Cuba has never, nor would it ever, allow that the Cuban territory be used for any action against accredited diplomatic agents or their families,"" the foreign ministry said in a statement.


The United States and Cuba officially resumed a diplomatic relationship in July 2015, more than five decades after they severed it.

Some of you may find it annoying when your dog keeps on barking. The excessive barking of your dog may also cause disruption of sleep and result to some problems with your neighbors.


Dogs bark for a number of reasons – territorial invasion by other dogs or animals, fear, separation anxiety, etc. This behavior is instinctual and shouldn鈥檛 be completely 鈥榯rained out鈥? In essence, it is typically natural for a dog to bark. After all, that is their nature and that is what dogs are for. Barking creates a warning that initially tells the dog owner about the present problem or any intruder that is trying to enter the vicinity.


However, you may need to resort to a type of device when your dog鈥檚 nighttime or excessive barking creates friction with neighbors. This device’s specific purpose will control your dog鈥檚 barking.

DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- Tanzania's environmentalwatchdog said on Sunday it will now start issuing permissioncertificates to investors in three days' time, a move aimed atstimulating the east African nation's industrialization drive.


Vedasto Makota, the acting Director General of the NationalEnvironment Management Council (NEMC), said provisionalenvironmental permission certificates would allow investors tocontinue mobilizing materials needed for their investments prior tocommencement of production.


"Issuance of provisional permission certificates is designed tohelp the investor from unnecessary bureaucracy in the initialstages of investment procedures," Makota was speaking at a four-daycapacity building training program for the NEMC's environmentaltechnical personnel and other stakeholders on environmentalevaluation and implementation in real estate and mining projects inthe commercial capital Dar es Salaam.


He added: "We want investors to continue with their investmentactivities as NEMC continued with the process of the environmentimpact assessment."
