How can I tell if Mind over Matter is worth it for me or not? I have about 1.5k unreserved mana, and about 8.7k life that regenerates fast, so I usually wind up having full life and very little mana even using a mana flask. On the other hand, I know to run away when my mana is depleting fast, and haven't died since investing in it.

I died to Red Elder on my last portal but killed him before I died; however, I wasn't able to pick my 14th Shapers' memory fragment and the other loot. How can I get another one? Will it naturally spawn again in my poe items for trade?

Haha. I bought boots with decently better res and slightly worse life for 9 ex. I got a good deal on mine but I don't see how all that many people would be fooled into thinking those are worth over 100 ex, let alone over 300.

The fact that it's on standard makes it all the more ridiculous. There are better boots on standard with more poe orbs cheap and more life (with 30% MS) that are being mirrored. The boots he sold for 334 ex have tier 3 cold resistance and tier 3 lighting res, with a crafted 3rd res. Using the conversion rates for U4gm.com Sale Cheap POE Currency on the date he made the sale (march 17), he sold those boots for 1.34 mirrors.
